    The best I have found
After picking up this little recipe book, it is true to it’s name and meaning. Virgin Islands recipe at it finest, it will stay on my top lists of books especially with the Holidays coming, perfect Stocking Stuffers.

    Great Little Cookbook
I received the book as a gift from my sister visiting some of our family in St. Croix. This is a great little book to remind you of the recipes that you may remember your island parents cooking but never got around to learning how to make. I enjoy the recipes and the spirit in which the book was written. Fungi and Fish, simple and delish..ious.
